Die Strandhuis offers Self Catering Accommodation, with Three-Star Grading from the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa, in a quiet cul-de-sac just 50m from unspoilt beaches and a short walk from local shops and restaurants.

Die Strandhuis has three sections that open onto a large patio with lovely sea views.

The Homestead sleeps 7 people.

The Embuia Suite sleeps 4 people.

The Rose Room sleeps 2 people.

The Homestead:- 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7

The house has an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge, large patio (stoep), 3 bedrooms opening onto the patio (stoep), two bathrooms and a scullery. The kitchen is equipped with a big refrigerator, stove, microwave, and salad washbowl. The scullery has a big freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, double washbasin. The lounge has a lounge suite, DSTV and leads to the open plan dining room with a 6-seater dining room table and sideboard. The patio (stoep) has sufficient seating and a long table.

The house has its own entrance and vehicles are safe in a double garage with remote controlled door. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a huge braai (barbeque).

Two of the bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds and the third bedroom is furnished with 3 single beds. Serviced daily except Sundays.

The Embuia Suite:- 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4

This suite is separate from the house. It has its' own entrance and parking.

The suite consists of 2 interlinking rooms, ideally suited for a family with children. The master bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 reading lamps, wardrobe, dressing table and ceiling fan. In one corner there is a fully equipped kitchenette and in the other corner a TV, a small table, 2 dining room chairs and a cane set comprising a 2-seat bench and chair. The bathroom has a shower, bath, basin and toilet. The second bedroom features a desk, reading lamp, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The suite can sleep 2 Adults and 2 children or 4 adults who would like to share.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. The other room has a double bunker bed. Serviced daily except Sundays.

The Rose Room,  1 bedroom, sleeps 2

Separate from the house with its own entrance and parking.

This is a twin bedded room with a full en-suite bathroom. The room is also furnished with 2 bedside tables, 2 reading lamps, a dressing table, wardrobe and ceiling fan. In one corner there is a fully equipped kitchenette, and in the other corner a TV, small table with 2 dining room chairs and a cane set comprising a 2-seat bench and chair.

The bedroom is furnished with twin beds which can be converted into a king size bed. A bed can be added for a small child.

If you bring your own "smart card" you will have DStv, otherwise you have SABC 1, 2, 3 and e-TV. You only have to bring you own beach towels. Serviced daily except Sundays.
